Château Les Monderys is first and foremost a project driven by David and Emmanuelle Fourtout, built on a clear vision of winemaking and a desire to create a domain that reflects their standards and approach.
Located in Conne-de-Labarde, the estate spans 10 hectares of vineyards planted on the limestone soils of Issigeac, known for producing wines with precision, tension and elegance.
The approach is straightforward: design a modern winery from the ground up, focused on precision. The semi-underground, gravity-fed cellar embodies this philosophy. Parcel-by-parcel vinification, controlled workflows and adapted equipment all serve one objective — preserving the integrity of the fruit and expressing the full potential of the terroir.
But Les Monderys is not only about technical performance. The estate has also been designed to welcome guests.
The experience naturally extends to the reception areas, especially the terrace, conceived as a true living space. In a lounge-style atmosphere, with open views over the surrounding landscape, tastings take on a more refined and sensory dimension.
