Is the tourist tax included in the rate?
No. The tourist tax is not included and is paid on site at check-out (amount set by the local authority, per person and per night).

Do you have charging stations for electric vehicles?
Yes. Château des Vigiers has two charging stations for electric vehicles (each with two sockets).
- Charging point in the estate's main car park
- Charging point in the Relais car park
They are compatible with most hybrid and 100% electric vehicles. Access is reserved for guests and billing is based on charging time.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in: from 3:00 pm | Check-out: until 11:00 am (Château Hotel and Relais Hotel).
Reception can arrange an early check-in or late check-out, subject to availability.
What time can I check in at the hotel?
Rooms at Château des Vigiers are available from 3:00 pm.
However, you are welcome to arrive earlier and enjoy the estate's facilities — golf, spa, restaurants, or outdoor pools.
Depending on availability, the reception team will inform you if your room is ready before the official check-in time.
How do I use a gift voucher?
When booking, simply enter the voucher number in the dedicated field or provide it to the reservations team.
The amount will be automatically deducted from the total due (in full or in part depending on the remaining balance).
What is your smoking / vaping policy?
All buildings on the estate (hotels, restaurants, spa) are strictly non-smoking.
Dedicated outdoor smoking areas are available for smokers and users of electronic cigarettes. Thank you for respecting the peace and quiet of other guests and the estate's natural environment.
Until what time can I have lunch or dinner?
At the Bistrot des Vigiers, the last orders are taken at 1:45 pm for lunch and 9:15 pm for dinner in high season (8:45 pm in low season).
Between services, a selection of snacks and light bites is available from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm, ideal for golfers or visitors wishing to eat outside traditional meal hours.
