Technique:
I have been using 3D with AI for several months. I can tell you that it is an exceptional tool! Among other things, it allows you to know which part of the body is moving poorly and by how much, and also to compare with a similar archetype (9 archetypes of golfers).
The quality of body movement is responsible for power, but also for arm movement. Know that the arms rarely make an unforced error. Chickenwing on impact is caused by a deficiency in this body movement.
I see people desperately and unsuccessfully trying to straighten their arms at impact, when if the body is moving as it should, it will do itself.
As the great David Leadbetter said, it's not the tail that wags the dog, but the dog that wags the tail.
