PROGRAM
DAY 1
- Upon arrival: Check-in and settle into your 4-star room.
- In the afternoon, Château de Panisseau: Discover the estate, its history, vineyard, and cellar, followed by a wine tasting. We will tell you the story of the Château, the life cycle of the vine, the steps of winemaking, and then you will taste different wines from the Château de Panisseau.
- Visit the winemaking vat room where the grapes are transformed into juice and then into wine.
- Tasting of 5 vintages from the Château.
- Escape game in the Château: Locked in the kitchen by thieves, you must inform the owner that they are stealing from the cellar. You will have 30 minutes to solve 12 puzzles and find the key to escape the room. The puzzles are suitable for all ages and revolve around cooking, wine, and the estate.
- In the evening: Dinner for two at the Bistrot des Vigiers, followed by a well-deserved night in a 4-star hotel.
DAY 2
- Buffet breakfast at Relais des Vigiers
- Lunch on your own.
- In the morning or afternoon: Château Couronneau, a deep natural commitment
- Private tour of the estate and cellars. Experience an exclusive private tour of the estate and its cellars, where you will discover the natural winemaking process and the secrets of the exceptional wines that result from it.
- Private tasting of three carefully selected wines from the estate.
- Walk and activities in the woods and vineyards around biodynamic wines: Participate in a biodynamic walk in the woods and vineyards, accompanied by an audio commentary. This immersive experience will allow you to rediscover the local wildlife and flora and better understand the biodynamic logic that makes its beauty and diversity.
- As an option, you can enjoy a cheese and charcuterie tasting or a picnic by the lake (in case of bad weather, it will be in the cellar).
- In the evening: Dinner for two at the Bistrot des Vigiers, followed by a well-deserved night in a 4-star hotel.
DAY 3
- In the morning:
- Buffet breakfast at Relais des Vigiers
- 2-hour access to the spa (hydrotherapy pool, indoor and outdoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and hammam)
- End of the stay, filled with activities around wine and memories.
