DAY 1
- Upon your arrival: Check-in and settle comfortably in your 4-star room.
- In the afternoon: La ferme de la Massinie:
- Visit to a Gascon black pig farm: Immerse yourself in the authentic world of the farm with a visit to the Gascon black pig breeding, where you will discover its captivating history, the general organization of the farm, and its unique role in the region, while admiring the adult pigs and the adorable piglets in their natural environment.
- Visit to the truffle grove with explanations on truffle cultivation: Set off for a visit to the truffle grove, a unique experience combining a walk through the mature grove, fascinating explanations about its operation, discovering young oaks that promise a future harvest, and practical tips for tasting and enhancing truffles.
- Tasting of cured meats, truffle butter, and local wine: Enjoy an exceptional tasting with a selection of cured meats from the farm, accompanied by delicious homemade truffle butter, all enhanced with a glass of Pécharmant wine from the prestigious Château Terre Vieille.
- In the evening: Dinner for 2 at the Bistrot des Vigiers, followed by a well-deserved night at the 4-star hotel.
DAY 2
- In the morning:

- Hike through the surrounding nature towards Château Couronneau. You can also drive there.

- Private tasting of three carefully selected wines from the estate
- Visit to the Couronneau estate and its cellars. An exclusive private tour of the estate and its cellars, where you will discover the natural winemaking process and the secrets behind the exceptional wines that result from it.
- Walk and activities in the woods and vineyards, focused on biodynamic wines, with an audio commentary. This immersive experience will allow you to rediscover the fauna and flora of our region and better understand the biodynamic approach that gives it its beauty and diversity.
- Optionally, enjoy a cheese and charcuterie tasting or a picnic by the lake (in the cellar if the weather is bad).
- In the evening: Dinner for 2 with a 3-course meal at the Michelin-starred restaurant Les Fresques
