The Couronneau Castle
Château Couronneau, located in Ligueux, is a magnificent wine estate whose history begins long before its construction in the 15th century. Over time, Château Couronneau has evolved its winemaking methods. Unwilling to use chemical additives or mechanical technologies, Grégoire opted for an approach based on the principles of biodynamics. Native yeasts, gentle pumping over, and little or no sulfur are all practices that help preserve the authenticity of their terroir.
